Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoalRushPro.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. The content on this Site discusses football betting markets and is intended for an adult audience. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older and that using the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. The service we provide

GoalRushPro.com publishes football fixtures, live scores, statistical analysis, AI-assisted match previews, and football predictions. The prediction content includes:

• Free predictions — a limited number of daily forecasts visible to everyone.
• VIP / Pro analysis — additional in-depth analysis reserved for paying subscribers.
• Editorial articles — match previews, recaps, and analysis.

Predictions are produced by a combination of statistical models and editorial judgement. We publish a rolling 30-day accuracy figure on the stats page so you can see how our analysis has performed.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Football is unpredictable. Past performance of our predictions is not a guarantee of future results. By using the Site you accept that:

• All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• This is not financial advice and we make no promises about future outcomes.
• We do not promise that our 30-day accuracy figure will hold in any future period.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content you read here.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require a free account or a paid subscription. When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate information (email, name, payment phone for M-Pesa).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account.
• One person per account — accounts are not shareable.

Paid subscriptions are 30-day passes that do not auto-renew. Your access expires automatically at the end of the period. To continue, buy another month. There is no refund for partially-used periods. Refunds for technical failures (e.g. our predictions page was unreachable for an extended outage) will be considered on a case-by-case basis — email support@goalrushpro.com.

5. Payments

• M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja STK Push) for Kenya — billed in KSh. Payment is confirmed only after Safaricom's success callback reaches our server. If you receive a request on your phone but cancel it, no charge is made and your subscription is not activated.
• PayPal for everyone else — billed in USD. Subscription activates after PayPal confirms the order.
• Prices and currencies displayed are auto-detected from your IP. You can override the currency from the checkout page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including gambling where it is restricted in your jurisdiction.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our paid tips to third parties.
• Scrape the Site at high frequency, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service. We provide a paid API plan ("Pro Analytics") for programmatic access — use that if you need data feeds.
• Impersonate anyone, falsify payment information, or chargeback a payment you authorised.
• Upload or transmit any malware, attempt to break authentication, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to predictions, statistical models, editorial articles, design, code, and trademarks — is owned by GoalRushPro.com or its licensors. You may share short excerpts on social media with a link back to the original page, but you may not republish whole articles, predictions, or stats elsewhere without our written consent.

Football fixture data, scores, and league logos are provided by third-party data feeds (football-data.org, API-Football). Those parties retain the rights to their data; we license it for display on this Site.

8. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party operators (e.g. licensed bookmakers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or business practices of those third parties. Following an outbound link is at your own risk. We may receive compensation when you sign up with a partner via our link — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalRushPro.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, betting losses, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GoalRushPro.com harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@goalrushpro.com. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Site (e.g. via a banner or email to active subscribers). Continued use of the Site after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. If you are using the Site from outside Kenya, you accept that Kenya's courts have jurisdiction over disputes concerning the Site.
